http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-202.html#NRS202Sec3688 The NRS shows that there is a list of states' permits that are allowed to be used to carry under in NV. The next section declares that the list will be made public. http://www.nvrepository.state.nv.us/Special/CCW_CHANGE.shtml Has a current list of out-of-state permits allowed and contact info if you need further info. Florida was added Jan 3, 2008.
Yes, you can carry a concealed weapon with a permit in a Florida restaurant unless the restaurant explicitly prohibits it. However, it is always a good idea to check the specific laws and regulations of the restaurant or establishment before carrying your concealed weapon inside.
Tenn allow concealed weapon permit
A baton, being a type of billie, is a weapon that may be carried concealed with a permit in the state of Florida. Section 790.06(1), Fla. Stat. 2012.
Not legally. You can carry a concealed weapon if you have a concealed weapons permit from Florida, or from any state that Florida recognizes.
No. California does not honor any "gun permits" from Nevada. I assume you are referring to the Nevada CCW (Concealed Carry of a Weapon) permit as Nevada does not have any actual "gun permits".
No concealed carry permits are never available to felons.
I looked on handgunlaw.us and it did not list casinos as a prohibited location. Please be very aware of the concealed weapons laws before entering any casino, in any state, with a concealed weapon. I know for a fact that Nevada does not allow any kind of weapons in a casino.
In West Virginia you can not carry a concealed weapon anywhere without a permit. If you have a permit then you can carry a concealed weapon in a hospital as long as there is no signs stating that you cant. Also, If you do not have a permit, you cannot carry a weapon openly anywhere at night, witch is considered concealed. Please check with local law enforcements first! The information I provided is with a little research and is just given as an idea on what the law could be!
It depends on the state. For instance, Tennessee issues a "handgun carry permit" which covers only handguns and nothing else. Florida issues a "Concealed Weapons Permit" which covers any non-prohibited weapon.
It depends on where you are. In the U.S. each state sets its own rules. For instance, in Tennessee, there is no such thing as a weapons permit, it's a handgun carry permit, and applies to handguns only. Other than handguns, basically anyone can carry any legal weapon, but to carry a handgun, you must have the handgun permit. On the other hand, Florida issues a "concealed weapons permit" and it covers any legal weapon.
Florida requires you to be at least 21.
No it is not legal. NV only recognized permits from a few states, and CA is not one of them. For more information, see the associated link.
