Yes they will fix it if its there fault if is your fault you pay for it.
If you didn't get a warranty on the car you are pretty much on your own. The dealer doesn't have to do anything since you bought the car "as is". You could try to take it back to the dealer and have them fix it, file a claim against the dealer with the state automotive people, take the dealer to court, or just fix it. I think that is pretty much your options. I might do a combination of two or three of the options.
You do not have a period of time to return a used car in Ohio. You are stuck with your car unless it is a lemon situation on the lemon law. Then you have to proof that the dealer would not work with you to fix the problem.
Most states have no "lemon law" on used automobiles. Most used vehicles are sold "as-is". Chances are, you have no legal rights and the dealer is trying to help you.

I doubt it wery much. You bought it 'as is'. which means you inspected the car, (whether you did or not), and are aceppting any faults, if any. at the time of purchace.
