It will lower the latent heat load so the a/c has more sensible capacity, but the cost of running the dehumidifier will negate any energy savings you may be expecting. As a dehumidifier is just a smaller a/c unit with the warm condenser coil downstream of the cooling coil so as not to provide any cooling effect.
More wire wrappings, Larger Iron core, more and stronger electricity, etc
a device that cools air through the evaporation of water.Evaporative cooling differs from typical air conditioning systems which use vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycles. They are not as efficient as real ac's. They use air blown across water to cool vs refrigerant. They work but much less cooling power.
current flows in both directions, depending on the AC voltage, i.e when ac is higher, current flows to the dc side, and vice versa
look for itYou are on the right track. and if for long term - remove the vent cover and stuff old clothes in there to stop all air movement. Seal up the gap under the room door and if it has a return air duct in the room seal it up also. You will then have more AC air diverted to where you need it. Some AC/heat systems have adjustable vent vanes inside the feed ducts with wing nut screw adjusters close to the heater/AC furnace duct system. Inspect your duct system and if you have them - shut down those to the rooms you need to shut off.
AC is very harmful to our health, especially on our skin, eyes, hair. It totally removes moisture from the air, as result our skin become dry, and it can create many other skin deceases, dark circle & wrinkle is most common problem by AC,AC dries our eye, AC can create problem of Hair Fall, bcoz it reduce the blood circulation of scalp.AC can also create breathing problems like asthama, BP etc. bcoz in AC we are taking a unnatural air. Air is very necessary for us & when we get unnatural air its obviouslly very harmful. So Plese Beware from AC.It's not only harmful it's Dangerous.yes it is harmful, because the air of AC produced by harmful gasses.
DC motors are generally more efficient than AC motors. DC motors have a lower amount of inertial associated with them, making them more efficient to run.
By your question I assume you are using an electric dehumidifier to take air laiden moisture from your property. You do not say wha type of property you own but I would recommend you search for SOLARVENTI as a much cheaper answer to your problem
Window units are more efficient than Split-Acs. Not the other way round.
Driving with the windows down and AC off at lower speeds is more fuel efficient. At higher speeds(45+), having the windows down will create more drag and it is more efficient to have the windows up with the AC on.
A larger low pressure line will help the AC function more efficiently. You've gone to the trouble of getting a more efficient unit, why not make it as efficient as you can?
Use a dehumidifier. It will not lower the temperature, but it will seem cooler because of lower humidity.
It is more efficient and cheaper for some applications, such as higher motor loads.
Dc invereters are not well suited as compared to ac inverters. This is due to the reason because ac inverters are more efficient ,less dangerous and good for supply over distance.
An a/c does not dehumidify, it cools the air. If you need less humidity get a room dehumidifier.
Air Conditioning is a unit connected to the engine... when ac on, it connects to power from the engine to make it operate... it uses power making the engine work harder, consuming more gas. I've heard from research that driving less that 50mph(or 40 i think) with windows down is more fuel efficient.. while driving 40 or 50mph + and having the ac on is more fuel efficient.. because of drag from wind.
A 2-ton would be marginally more efficient because the larger pump motor would probably be designed for higher efficiency.
to turn it off on pleasant days
