The Dell printers are not supported on Macs but the Dell printers are usually made by Lexmark so setting up for a Lexmark X5470 or Lexmark X3550 may get some functions working. Printing may be enabled with the Generic PostScript option from the Print Using... menu.
no compatible drivers yet, sorry.
If you are looking for a driver to run the Dell 3110 from a Mac (which is usually the reason the Lexmark equivalent is sought) then Dell have created a Mac driver (See links below).
Some people have had success with the Lexmark X9350 drivers for Mac OS X (See links below) with a Dell 966. The Dell printer needs to be set up to work wirelessly from the panel on the printer. But the whole thing seems to be a bit hit and miss with no guarantee of success.

As far as I can tell, you can't run an a920 on a Mac. They don't have the drivers to support it on OS
To print from a Mac to an Epson NX400 you need to plug a USB cable into the Mac and connect it to the printer. If the printer does not work when connected you may need to install a driver for your Mac (See links below).
There is usually a sticker on the bottom of printers that will have the S\Y and MAC ID numbers recorded there next to a barcode.
With some Macs, yes.
No, of course. They're completely different brands. A Mac is made by Apple, and a Dell is made by Dell.
Lexmark X6570 <---- Does not work! Update: I bought the X6750 ink cartridge and tried to use it in my Dell 948. The cartridges do look identical, but the X6570 (No. 42 or 44) does NOT work in the Dell 948. Don't waste your money. I suspect Dell has rigged the cartridge in some way so that you must buy their ink exclusively for them to make a profit off the ink. This is very common. They sell the printer for $30 bucks and then charge $30 a pop for the ink which is extremely cheap for them to produce. Pure profit. It's a bait and switch game.
Dell is a PC
You cannot get your Dell computer to have a Mac toolbar legally.
The printer always works on a new Mac.
