No. It is not able to fit in the radio slot. If you take the stock radio out, and try to slip the Double-Din radio in, it will not even fit. Even if you cut it, you still have to re-cut the holes for the mount. Because the Double-Din radio runs into the mounting holes.

A Double Din stereo will fit in a 1993 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. It will take some modification and a new faceplate, but it will work.
Not without a bit of trimming - Ford use a slightly awkward 1.8 DIN size for their headunits, a double DIN will fit but you have to trim away about 3-4 mm top & bottom.
