If the father of your kids moves in does he still have to pay child support?
There's no such thing as having to pay for college in any state because the age of majority dictates that once they turn eighteen, they are technically on their own. You have every right to tell you kids to go and pay for college themselves. In fact, they would be better off because kids who have to pay their own way tend not to goof around once they realize how many burgers you have to flip to pay for Economics 301.
If you were order by the court to pay child support, that support will continue until the child either graduates college or stops attending. I do not believe the court can order you to pay for college. However, as a father you should be willing to help.
If you were overpaid, yes.
I think that would honestly be up to you. But I wouldn't pay, if he didn't pay anything for them. HE should pay to see his kids.
It depends by college. But most are not free.
It would be fatherly and kind, but sadly, they are not legally forced to pay college tuition.
If he didn't, wouldn't ever separated father in New York save a load of cash. Children are not pay-per-view!
google it
You may have to pay child support to the one who has custody of your children.
If he has income other than SSI/public assistance.
Pennsylvania does not currently have that law.
