Yes, it is true. My dog had 2 litters one of the litters she had a dog that was gonna be black. When we picked it up half of it's head was gone.
WHAT KNOW SUCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is quite common in dogs, especially in a first time mother for a bitch to give birth to a still born puppy. I'm not quite sure what you mean by carry, but I hope it is helpful for you to know that a still born puppy can may have died either in the womb, or most commonly it would have died during birth/
vitamins
sad question, but no. Thankfuly, they dont eat their puppies. :)
Dog food!
NO it is not okay separate the puppies from the mother. Yes, just like a human mother they eat food, they get more milk and for the mother dog she gets twice more milk in her breasts
Standard dog food would be difficult for puppies to eat and digest but it is not 'bad' for them in the sense that it is poison.
Well when a dog mates with another dog ( one clings to back of other one ) they are likely to be parents after a while :) or if your female dog has not had the baby injection to stop them having babies ), they cud possibly hav babies at any random point of its life. Signs of pregnant dog - crying, squealing, butt licking, black trails of like wet stuff around the house and other things that look unusual :) .
i think they eat/drink their mom's milk
It is common for a dog to eat the placenta of the puppies after she gives birth. On rare occasions, a dog will eat her puppies when they die or right before death because she instinctively knows that there is something wrong.
A dog should usaully not eat it's newborns. If it eats one, make sure he/she is kept away from the puppies. If it's a she, find another female to nurse them.
a dog will only eat her puppies if she feels like she is not ready for puppies after the first one you should be fine but still keep an eye on them for the first few days
ME
they never will they need you to pour the dog food for them
