Yes, it is true. My dog had 2 litters one of the litters she had a dog that was gonna be black. When we picked it up half of it's head was gone.

∙ 13y agoIt is quite common in dogs, especially in a first time mother for a bitch to give birth to a still born puppy. I'm not quite sure what you mean by carry, but I hope it is helpful for you to know that a still born puppy can may have died either in the womb, or most commonly it would have died during birth/
