Yes, lymphocytes do have a nucleus. They need this nucleus because it will contain DNA necessary for protein synthesis and replication. Erythrocytes, RBC, on the other hand DO NOT have a nucleus and organelles because they do not need proteins and they do not replicate (undergo meiosis or mitosis), they are simply created from pluripotent stem cells in the bone marrow.

lymphocyte have nonucleus because lymphocytes are one of the part of the white blood cell. White blood cell contains of lymphoblast and it turn to lymphocyte and lymphocyte turns to agranulocytes. When agranulocytes and granulocytes combine it will turn to white blood cell.
