A higher education level can produce a better outcome, but not necessarily so. More educated parents can also be extremely contentions during a divorce by letting their hatred for one another, custody issues and their desire not to pay child support their main focus. The most important characteristic a good parent must have is the ability to place their child's needs above their own needs. That single factor would make life go better for a child of divorce.
I am assuming you are asking about divorce and educational debt. In community property states and noncommunity property states the debt obligations associated with education are the individuals obligation. So even if a party in a community property states went to school during the marriage, they will be given that debt in the divorce. Of course, there is always an exception and if it has been more than 10 years since the education and marriage then there is a rebuttable presumption that the "community" has substantially benefitted from the education.
No matter what status you are, I think any parents divorce affects all children in one way or another
Children are affected by divorce emotionally. The process of divorce may affect a child's performance in school and his ability to concentrate in studying. Most children who face parental divorce move to join gangs and drugs to fill that gap left by their parents
Of course, but how much depends on how the parents deal with each other, and access rights ect.
Divorce effects children. Geography has little to do with it.
69% lol
Educated parents can affect children a future because the future of children's depend upon parents life so if parents are educated ,socialized and civilized than they will also make these children educated ,socialized and civilized so educated parents affect children's future

Divorce is something that happens between spouses, not between parents and children. A child's refusal to see the father does not affect the father's child support obligation.
yes it does because it can change there whole life
Both parents. Divorce doesn't affect a child's blood relationship with her parents.
the children would miss their parents or they could be homeless on the streets
All experiences affect a child's behavior. From birth until school age, the parents, siblings, and other family affect children most. After children begin school, friends, classmates, and teachers have a greater impact. It is important for those around children to be positive and always put education first.
HIV‐infected children mainly miss school days due to illness and medical appointments, and orphans mainly face financial problems and lack motivation in their education, while children with HIV‐infected parents may have to take care of their sick parents or face financial problems that affect their education.
