Yes.
The space is called a vally-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Actually it depends on what you mean by "between" . the actually space that lies between two mountain tops is called a saddle. Thinking of a valley as the intersection where the two sides of two mountains merge is a bit of stretch but could be true. In that case, the valley originates at the saddle which often forms a valley on opposite sides.
The sides of the valley heating more quickly than the air around it
fjord
That would be CANYON.
That could be a ravine or a gully

i believe it is a ridge if your talking about the part of the mountain that slopes down on opposite sides of a valley where the peak is the crest. :) hope that helps
Narrow deep valleys are sometimes called canyons. Or a small valley riginally worn away by running water and serving as a drainageway after prolonged heavy rains is called a Gully.
a river forms a canyon a Vally is the space between two hills
pull it from both sides
NO
they usually cut into the sides of the hills
Yes, a valley can be both broad and narrow. A broad valley typically has wide expanses of flat land between the surrounding mountains or hills, while a narrow valley is characterized by steep-sloped sides that are closer together. The width of a valley can vary depending on factors such as the geology, tectonic activity, and erosion processes that shaped it.
deep valley i think :)
A V shaped valley, over time the river erodes downwards causing a channel, then the rocks at the sides collapse in because they have nothing supporting them causing a valley with steep sides
Valleys are typically surrounded by mountains or hills on two or more sides. The surrounding topography can influence the formation and characteristics of the valley, such as its shape and the type of vegetation it supports.
To plump pillows you have to pick them up, grab opposite sides and squash and stretch and squash and stretch!
