does a citizen of Mexico need a passport to go from the us to Mexico and back? He is legal to be in us but not a us citizen.
Yes, everyone coming into the United States now requires a passport.
No.
20 dollars in the british virgin islands
yes but you need one to get back into the US
Your question does not make sense. You need to be a US citizen to have an American passport. If you have a green card and an expired Russian passport, contact a Russian embassy in the US and they should be able to issue you a travel letter or stamp your passport so you may travel back to Russia. But returning to the US is another problem.
You can fly to Mexico, but, you won't be able to fly back to the US.
To fly into Mexico you HAVE to have a passport. As of right now the only way you can get into Mexico without a passport is by land travel, but that will change as of Summer 2009. As of Summer 2009 you will need a passport for any land travel into Mexico and Canada.
If you are a Mexican, Canadian or American citizen you can cross the border on foot or by car with a valid photo ID. As of July 2011 you still do not need a passport. If you were to arrive by air or Cruise ship you would need a passport.
no - you can't have both passports.
If you are a U.S. Citizen, you need your valid passport. If you are a legal resident, you need your green card.
yes you do in order to travel you must have a passport
