PAG oil goes in the air conditioner compressor. It is added in the same place as the refrigerant. However, this oil must be added before the lines for adding the refrigerant are put in place.
The rated latent and sensible capacity of the condenser on a single stage unit (normally found in the model #) plus the heat of compression added by the compressor.
Not evacuated totally or properly prior to charging? Not charged properly - too much freon Oil not added when charged? Defective compressors?

Chlorine and chloramine are both deadly poisons to fish. A water conditioner is usually a liquid that is added to water to remove or nullify the action of chlorine and/or chloramine that has been added by the water authority.
The low pressure side of an air conditioner compressor is easy to locate - it is the side with the larger pipe. Follow the low pressure pipe back and you will find the gas nipple where fresh gas is added to the system.
