Yes
President Bush is a registered Republican. His spending has been somewhat more like a Democrat, though. Also, a lot of the policies that he has employed has expanded the power of the government more than a traditional Republican would like to see happen.
I would say so; but a lot of it is just opinion. A republican would likely say that President Obama was worse. A democrat in contrast would likely say President Bush was worse.
Your question assumes a falsehood. President Obama has not passed more tax increases on Middle America than any other President. In fact, President Obama has loweredtaxes on most Americans.
The budget that President Obama submitted will add more to the national debt than the debt created by all previous presidents.
President Obama wrote some books prior to becoming President; other than that, I'm not aware of any business that he's been in.
They are both "firsts"-- George Washington was the first US president; Barack Obama is the first African-American president. But other than the fact that both were/are men, and both were/are Christians, there are not many other similarities.
Hilary Clinton is establishing herself as a front runner in the 2016 Democrat nomination for US president. The two year "jump" has caught other potential candidates by surprise. She has also staked out a viable claim to be a "new" Democrat by distancing herself from the foreign policies of President Obama.
barack obama
Yes. Unfortunately weapons have gotten more sophisticated, and Obama as the president has been subject to more death threats than any previous president.

President Van Buren was of Dutch descent.
No. It's a foregone conclusion that Obama will get the Democratic nomination, since he doesn't have any challengers (you've got to be even more unpopular than Obama is to face challengers in the primary for your own party when you're the incumbent). The other parties will have their own primaries. The only one that's likely to be significant is the Republican candidate; but all the minor parties (Green, Libertarian, American, etc.) will be having their own primaries as well.
