It is not a full time 4wd system. It is electically actuated. With the auto-lock option you simply press a button on the dashboard for four-wheel high or four-wheel low and the transfer case motor will automatically engage the four-wheel drive for you along with the front wheel hubs; the button is pressed a second time for the motor to disengage the transfer case.
If you're talking about whether or not it has posi lock differentials, no, it does not.
