Check with JC Whitney part #CBR062202 around $25.00. what you can do is, although I have never tried this is, open the filler cap, use some sort of dip stick to check the oil level, mark it and use this the next time. I don't really know if it will work, but worth a try. If you really cannot find any way, as I mentioned to use some sort of home made dip stick and measure from there, the only other way to see the proper level is, with the bike on the center stand, wipe the glass clean, turn the small screw, have the engine running, and as you shut it down you will see the oil level very clear as the oil sets. Use a flash lite and have someone shut it down for you. It works for me when I service for other people.

Manual for the 1979-81 Honda Goldwing 1100 states "inlet 0.1mm, exhaust 0.13mm" hope that helps, bye.
It all depends on how you drive, but look at around 35 to 40 mpg.
Not very much in today's economy. That is a shame because it is a nice bike!
Good idea to check the battery. Might need to be charged, or changed.
