Yes, and I think about it every now and then, and wished they were back again.
It's a bit of a long recipe, it's similar to traditional chocolate cake recipes but with added ingredients, such as coconut. Here's the link: http://www.mangerati.com/german-chocolate-cake

You can expect them to be similar, since coconut water is mainly water.
It is similar to olive oil. In Africa it is used as cooking oil. http://www.naturessheabutter.com/ Coconut oil is a healthy oil. You may find Virgin Coconut Oil almost everywhere and in natural product aisles. It consists of a medium chain tryglycerides. *Google it* for more info. Remember that any oil can be "less healthy" if it is processed including olive oil.

It is a twist of the cliche "Life isn't a bowl of cherries". Decades ago, I saw an illustration, similar to that by Mary Engelbreit, but not identical (google it). A chair stacked precariously with bowls. Life is precarious, whereas, a bowl of cherries is bliss. I chanced to be searching for the illustration I remember, when I came upon this question. Why, yes. It is cherry season in Switzerland, and I'm about to make a pie.
