It is certainly NOT a good idea to subject a cat, or any pet animal, to chemical sprays made for humans. The spray can easily hurt the cat's eyes if any particles hit the eyes, it could irritate the cat's skin, especially in very sensitive ears. Because cats have a much more sensitive nose than humans, the strong smell could make it cough and choke.
Yes, a person needs ears on their body. This is important because this is how we hear. Without ears, we can't hear anything, and this could be a problem for everyone.
Yes and no, yes you can if you clean your ears with a special cleanser after you spray your hair and no if you do not want to take the time to clean your ears.

The best place to spray perfume over the human body would definitely have to be behind the legs, wrist, collar bone, behind the ears and ankles. the more you spray yourself down the body the more the scent will be released this is due to the heat of the body pumping and releasing the lovely scent. Depending on your perfume use a little if strong and lots if you really desire.
Ears are pretty self-sustaining. Just wash the outside and behind each ear. Use the corner of the washcloth to wipe the "bowl" part. Don't stick anything inside your ears, though.
