Yes, garlic and asparagus flavors are well suited. Butter is good on most all vegetables.
I have a bottle of Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic Seasoning. My bottle lists the ingredients as garlic, onion, chives, parsley and spices. I really wanted to use some of the seasoning to make garlic bread, but I am not sure how much to use per one stick of butter. If anyone has made garlic bread with this seasoning, please let me know how much you used. I want it to taste like garlic bread, but not be too overwhelming with a garlic flavor. Thanks!
~winks ~ garlic butter

garlic powder until you taste fool
Ingredients1 lb Cooked Asparagus1 oz Finely Ground Hazelnuts2 tb Butter2 ts Cider VinegarSalt And Pepper To Taste Wash asparagus under cold running water. Snap off lower end of each stalk with your fingers. Let the stalk break where it wants to, this will leave only the tender portion of the stalk. Young tender asparagus can be cooked in a steamer for 5-7 minutes, the more mature stalks for 7-10 minutes. Do not over cook asparagus, it will lose flavor and nutrients if over cooked. At the same time, place the hazelnuts and butter in a small heavy skillet. Heat until the butter melts and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour hazelnut butter over hot asparagus. Serve at once.
It tastes quite bland. But if you toast it it will have crunchy crusts and a chewy middle.
It taste great.fried and baked with a little of your favorite seasoning. Go light on the salt it really holds the salt when seasoning.
Taco seasoning is amazing on popcorn. It sounds unorthodox and I can't really describe the taste but try it. Melt some extra butter so it sticks better and then just sprinkle as much as you want. It can be a little or a lot, it tastes great.
I first I thought it was butter but It isn't because butter has fat in it but I still prefer it to u One time I saw people putting chocolate over popcornFire16:If your at the movies, I would prefer butter over justsalted. You can at home put Parmesan cheese on it. That does taste quite good. Chocolate and Carmel covered popcorn are also good for one with a sweet tooth.
It probably started as a drunken dare, until they discovered that they would taste good with a little garlic and butter.
Absolutely! I usually put enough butter into the pan to cover the bottom half of the asparagus. Mix it up a few times while baking and then the asparagus takes on the buttery taste and you have a plate of delicious veggies! The big draw back is that you've now made a healthy dish into something slightly less healthy and slightly more cholesteroly.
