Even if it has alcohol, you can use it, because Isalm said alcohol is forbidden for drinking, and that does not include the other uses.
To prove you this ... in our life we use the ACETONE for nail polishing.
we use Alcohol solution for killing germs and bacterias before injecting needles.
so it is allowed to use it for external purposes.
