Yes. In the DCAU Batman and Batgirl at one point were romantically involved. (See Batman beyond) It ended because of Batman obsession about fighting crime that consumed most of his time, according to Barbara Gordon, (Batgirl)
Maybe on the episode "the breakout" when they were both alone fighting black mask without batman or the episode "white heat" when they kinda flirted when fighting firefly after robin saved batgirl and the episode "artifacts" when they were I there 20s as robin being nightwing and batgirl being oracle when the where constantly bickering flirtatiously.

Well they are both very capable of combat and gymnastics but who is better. Well to me I think catwoman would be better at gymnastics while batgirl might be better as gymnastics. Personally I think catwoman will win as she trained herself in both areas as she is both advanced at both. Anyway this based on videos and apperances so I might not be correct but that is my opinon of who would win between the two.
No. Batgirl is or was the daughter of Police Commissioner Gordon.
It seems like you are referring to a fictional scenario. In the DC Comics universe, Batman and Wonder Woman have shared some romantic moments in certain storylines, but they both typically have more significant relationships with other characters. Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) is typically portrayed as Batman's ally and protege, rather than a romantic interest.
Both. Tangled is an animated cartoon.

To not kill, and to not use a gun. Batman has repetitively broken both, but he does his best.
As of current, Bruce Wayne is no longer batman, as he is missing from the final crisis, and he has not been with anyone, there are no hints that he has ever been with anyone because in batman beyond Bruce Wayne lives alone and does not have any sin of ever having children living with him, although he does have a child, he and the child's mother are not together.
