Yes, if a bee follows the light to your fish tank, bee are attracted to light, the bee can fall in and float there. Fish love to peck at the tops of the tank . So if a fish were to accidently or curiously touch the bee's stinger then there you go.It happened to us just yesterday. Our fish died.

Probably not if the bee is not on the surface of the water. If the fish jumped to eat the bee, the bee will fly behind the fish and give a sting.
