According to the pharmacy, it does expire, but lasts up until at least the expiration date printed on the side, even if it has been opened long before that date. For vaginal yeast infections (or anything else you're using it for, I suppose), if it stops working effectively before the expiration, talk to your doctor, it's unlikely that the acid itself has changed.
