Some, depending on which ones you play. Shooters won't benefit you in any way shape or form. But, constructive games, like strategy, puzzler and building games can. The only not-constructive games i play are racing games.
Also, games which allow you to script like: minecraft (Mods) Blockland (More mods!) and Roblox (Actual games) can allow you to learn about scripting which will be a real benefit in your life if you want to be a games designer.
I'd just like to point out that Roblox is for kids and has a crap community. The good thing about it is how you can make full or proper scripted games that you fully made.
