It depends what there specially made for, if you have dandruff and you get a shampoo that says it will 'take away your dandruff forever' and it doesn't take your dandruff away then you'll know it didn't work. Or is it says it will 'make your hair smell amazing' and it doesn't then it didn't work! Basically if it doesn't do what it was supposed to do and what you wanted it to do then you'll know it hasn't worked. OKAY?
