I was a very religious water drinker. I enjoyed the zero calorie liquid. Then, I discovered Diet Coke, Coke Zero and Diet Cherry Coke. And since then have drank them by the liter for the taste and calorie lack.
But for some reason, as the days rolled onwards, I find my dreams becoming more vivid. As even longer stretches of time pass, I begin to have very realistic nightmares. It got to the point where I would wake up screaming in my sleep, or wake up many time in the night scared or confused at to what was real life or not. Paired with my normal imagination, my case might be more extreme then yours. But as far as I can tell from my many other friends and sister who drink Diet Soda, that this is not common.
Diet coke
Diet Coke is darker.
A lot of people claim that drinking diet sodas give you the craving for real sodas but this is not true in my opinion. I've dieted in the past and really, really crave for a coke and want to give in then just go for the diet one because it isn't loaded with sugars. The only downside of these diet sodas are the very high amounts chemicals in it. But if you're on a diet and you had been given the choice between a diet coke or a regular coke then go for the diet coke. Remember; Water > diet > regular
diet coke has acid in it just less than coke diet coke does not have sugar either which coke and coke zero has
diet coke doesn't have any calories so that means that there is no sugar in it which gives it the diet taste, so coke has sugar. so dose coke zero!

The term Diet is what usually draws people's attentions to diet sodas such as Diet Coke. However, you may want to consider that Diet Coke does affect your metabolism, and not in a good way. It can slow your body down and give you a feeling of sluggishness that will adversely affect what you are trying to do to increase your metabolism.
I got 384 g for Coke, and 375 g for Diet Coke.
Diet coke is less dense than regular coke.
Because the coke is 'diet', meaning it has less calories than the regular one.
