Practice, practice and practice.
You Practice, practice, practice, until you are a perfect drawer. Find your style for drawing and use it. Getting a couple of drawing books, doesn't hurt, either.

Well, you could try.. Buying some drawing books and copy from them. (Amazon is good for book-buying) Practice!! Use better materials. I dont know anything else.. I started drawing Japanese Anime/Manga, and i am way better now i have a drawing book, I find copying the drawings is easier than drawing all the grid/stick people drawing thing.
Practice, practice, practice, and get in some tutoring and/or drawing classes, too.
With lots of practice.
phlebotomy
no there is not. all it takes is effort and practice.
can you draw a faceOne way to draw a face better is to really work at drawing ONLY what you see, not what you think you see. If you are drawing an imaginary person, try to look at your own or someone else's face and notice details on people's faces. Notice how slight curves and facial structure age a person. Make sure that most of it is shading, not hard lines. Really practice and if there is facial expressions, make sure you draw all the cheekbone lines, (like if they are laughing or smiling) and eyebrow curves, facial structure lines, etc. Drawing faces can be difficult, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Remember that it is easier if you do the basic structure of the face first, and then add detail piece by piece. Drawing faces will be much easier after practice.
Practice, practice, practice. First start off with drawing the most simplest things that come to mind like an eye, then start improving on that drawing in itself. E.g. Include very much detail with the drawing of the eye until your satisfied, then expand your knowledge to drawing more and more things. Start drawing real life things before you start drawing cartoons, anime, or anything surreal. Practice makes perfect!
Practice it or take drawing classes =)
