I've been "researching" this a bit on the web, and have not found anything that corroborates whether warm water or cold water will make you have to pee sooner. I have found people in general backing up both "theories" but nothing medical that confirms or does not confirm, other than a couple of sites that have said that it does not matter what the temperature is, it will quickly revert to body temp.
