if anything it adds flavor unless you have a multi Vita pack with the flavor or Vita C. At times it's is good to have the supplements do to reasons by loosing are Vita by pissing too damn much, depending what kind of activities you are doing. Also remember you are suppose to drink 1 gal a day.....or close to it.
