No, it would not, as you only boot with one OS at a time, not both of them simultaneously.
However the data transfers between the two partitions (one for Linux and other for windows) would take slightly longer than what it would have taken with only one partition. You would have lesser space than before.(as Linux would take some space for installation)
Yes, you can. It's called dualbooting. I guess with Linux you mean a Linux Distribution like Ubuntu? Check the related link if you want to know how.
linux uses alot less ram than windows 7 (the more ram used the slower the computer). therefore linux makes your computer run faster
Windows and Linux use device letters to identify each storage device on a computer.
Yes, but much slower than it would run Windows XP or a Linux distribution. Make sure your computer has at least 1GB of RAM to run Vista decently.
Mac, Windows, and Linux.
yes
instead of windows you can have linux or mac. they are different, but you will know whats best for you when you try them, linux is free to download.but you need an operating system (windows, mac, linux or any other OS) for the computer to work
A Linux, Windows, or a Macintosh.
If by computer systems you mean operating systems, then: 1) Windows 2) Macintosh 3) Linux
There are no wild computer viruses that affect Linux. Oh wait, there was RST.b. If you need to, you can run certain windows viruses under Linux with wine.
It all depends on what you want to do with your computer.
Windows, mac, linux
