Foods generally eaten for breakfast can be eaten at any time of the day without ill effect. In fact, some families use a "Reverse Activities" type of game to add fun to children's lives. Reverse activities means eating lunch foods at breakfast including desert, evening foods for the lunch meal, and breakfast for the evening meal. As well, cereal and milk is filling yet nutritious and milk may help people get to sleep easier.
