bread may not look fatty or high in calories but believe me it is really bad if you are trying to lose weight. even brown bread. it bloats you and it just makes you feel sluggish. there is a weightwatchers bread which i havn't tried myself but maybe is ok. personally i would just cut out bread altogether but if you really can't live without it then i'd give the weightwatchers one a try, hope i helped and good luck :)

Not particularly. Toast is just bread. Bread is mostly carbohydrate--low in protein--so you are likely to feel hungry again after an hour or two. More significantly, most people don't just eat dry toast--they top it with jam, jelly or preserves (lots of sugar) or butter, margarine or cream cheese (fats)--all of which are not helpful when trying to lose weight.

At the end of the day to lose weight it's all about calories in and calories out. So track your calories and drink coffee it will help your burn more calories in a day. I think it will! Because bread contains only starch, that turns into a fat. It's not necessary at all, so reduse your consamption of it
