Is here any safe way to remove a tattoo?

Even with laser removal a tattoo doesn't tend to completely disappear, it only fades. Sunlight, tanning beds, chlorine water and tattoo removal creams can fade the tattoos. However, home remedies that are suggested, often including salt, are not considered safe and can cause a lot of damage to your skin.

Does tanning fade tattoo?

The answer is YES, YES, YES!!!! But we should answer this question in two parts. 1. The brand new tattoo: The healing of a new tattoo is very dependent on keeping it out of direct sun light for at least three [3] weeks....Sun damage to a new tattoo will bleach out the color and make the tattoo take forever to heal.....The professional artist can usually tell when this has happened.... 2. The healed tattoo: The color of your bright and shiny new, but freshly healed tattoo will stay brighter and last longer depending on how much sun you get over the years...When you get enough ink on you to buy a good used car with what you have invested in it, you will probably start to believe that Ol. Mr. Sun isn't the good buddy you used to think he was....After several years of deep tanning the ultra violet rays of the sun will cause your color to break down and fade...So use common sense, use a real good spf tanning cream over your tattoo work...... And remember, tanning beds use ultra violet rays and they are not weakened by traveling hundreds of thousands of miles thru space....So don't think it will not harm your tattoos, new or old.....Hope this helps...

How to Stay Protected in Tanning Beds?

Although there has been researching proving that tanning beds can have dangerous side effects, the research is extremely limited and vague. This is why it is so important for any user to take precautions for the safety of their skin. Everybody wants a gorgeous tan, but no one wants that terrifying call from their doctor. Before anyone sets foot into a tanning salon, they most analyze their skin. If they are prone to burning in the sun, or are particularly pale, they must apply that to their tanning regime. These skin types should not tan more than once a week and should limit their time to 10 minutes. It does not take more than 10-15 minutes for the melanin in the skin to soak up the energy to darken the skin. Those who are not ultra-sensitive to the sun should not tan more than twice a week for 15 minutes each session. There are a few accessories that everyone who goes to tanning beds should have with them each and every time. All of them are available at the tanning salon. First, no one should tan without lotion. While some of them can increase the benefits of tanning, they all are meant to prevent burning and damage to the skin. They are not fool proof, but they are better than nothing. Next, lip balm should be applied immediately before and after each session. The skin on the lips is very sensitive. This area is most susceptible to damage and becoming dry. The final accessory is eye goggles. Certain states have even made it a law that the tanning salon must check to ensure that each client has goggles with them. The bright lights of the tanning bed are extremely harmful to the eyes, even after a single session. Those who tan on a weekly basis should apply a lotion with vitamin E and aloe to all exposed skin on a daily basis. Keeping the skin healthy outside of the tanning bed will cause the effects of tanning beds to be less than they would otherwise. Unhealthy skin is more prone to the dangers of tanning beds. Also, the lights tend to dry out the skin. Applying lotion will simply make the skin feel better. Those who enjoy their savage tan year round must take these precautions for their health. If this advice is ignored for momentary beauty, it will be quick to fade.

Will going to the tanning bed help your linear negra line go away?

The linea nigra is hyperpigmentation and appears as a result of an increase in estrogen and will usually fade after birth. Sun exposure (and tanning) can actually increase the levels of melanin, but taking folic acid might help reduce it.
