I am an apple lover but when I eat them at night my blood sugar is high in the morning. I recently picked up some ginger snaps and added a few to my nightly snack. My sugar dropped down from 6.9 and 7 to between 5.7 and 5.9. Not yet ready to put my results in the journal of medicine but it sure makes me happy.
