If your talking about Video Games:
A GLITCH is when something goes wrong with the game; when something that is not supposed to happens, happens. E.g. when the avatar crosses a barrier and gets stuck.
A CHEAT is a code one puts in to help advance themselves in the game. E.g. invincibility infinite ammo, or infinite health.
Hope this helps.
Your question makes no sense. Cheats and glitches are not the same thing. If you want a glitch with Action Replay, then you must mean you want a broken one.
If the game is the exact same thing on both consoles, then the games will probably have the same cheats.
There are no real cheats. There are glitches though. Double hat glitch (put 2 hats on at the same time) Flying bricks (put 2 weld bricks on your 2 legs and you will fly)
i can tell u it doesnt work because they updated the Pokemon glitch but not the money glitch... by the crush am thinking the same thing...
No, because: Hacks are when you basically go inside the makings (the program) of the game and change it to what you want it to do, such as changing how many experience points you get from killing something so you level up faster. Cheats are like codes that you enter in a certain area or spot, or a certain thing you do that makes something happen, and are usually added into the game by its creators. Also: Glitches are fun, and my favorite part of a game. Of course, a glitch wasn't added on purpose, but it can be used as your own gain, or demise.
Yes, they can mean the same thing.

No, they are not the same thing. Mean and average are the same thing.
Shabby and different do not mean the same thing.
