Yes, but it mostly depends how often you are intending to do so. Once or twice should be ok and not do any real potential damage. But doing it more often than that would probably not be good for your hair.
The word ruin is a noun as well as a verb. Example uses:Noun: We visited the ruin at Copan in Hondouras.Verb: It's too late for snacks, you'll ruin your appetite for dinner.
Yes, they do ruin. They react with ozone and deplete it.

no
You just won't be able to go back to blonde.
Yes.
doing this will mess the hair up by making the hair dissolve infront of you which will leave you with no hair so i would not advise using bleach with water if you do want to keep your hair.
it will just ruin your hair and feel like over cooked spaghetti
Another user suggested: Bleach isn't that good for your hair...but if you want it lighter get highlights I suggest: Highlights involve the same color removal that bleaching does...So the same damage. Damage happens with color removal. The lighter your hair color is, the less damage caused. If you already have light blonde hair, yes, it will cause damage, but it won't cause the same damage that a brown haired girl would suffer from. If you plan on going through with the bleaching, don't wash your hair the day before and the day of the bleaching (you want to maintain as many oils as you can, since bleaching can be stripping) and you want to condition with a special intensive conditioning treatment, post bleach.
It won't ruin it but you might make it dry and you might not get the color you are wanting. If your hair is dark you will more then likely need bleach to lighten it. If you have color on your hair already you will definitely need bleach because color won't lift color.
Yes, bleach will completely ruin your bat.
You didn't say what color you were wanting to dye your hair but yes you can use the box color. You may need to go a shade darker then you want if you are going darker then you have as the hair will fade out faster because the blond you lightened your hair with opened the hair shaft. It shouldn't damage it much as color is gentler on the hair then bleach is but use a good shampoo/conditioner for color treated hair and try a deep conditioning treatment after you dye it. Also if you are going brown, depending on the color blond you have you may need a warm brown to put the reds back into your hair. I am not saying it will be red but bleaching takes the reds out of hair so unless your want a green tint you need it back. Everyone has red in their hair even if they don't know it.
Short answer is yes.
Yes, all heat ruins hair. But the best thing to do is buy a heat protection conditioner or something like that from any hair or beauty store. That's what I do.
No
