Hairloss in a young girl certainly could mean something's going on. You should mention it to her pediatrician during her next physical, especially if it's not going away. In the meantime, be sure she's eating normally and perhaps consider giving her a multivitamin to reduce the chances that this is due to a deficiency in some vitamin or mineral.
