The question should be, and/or.
it displays aerobic
A long duration energy system using carbohydrates, fats and protein for energy sources, used for long distance sport activities and can only be active when oxygen is there, therefore it takes a few minutes to start. An example of a sport activities that use the aerobic system are marathon, 3000m running etc... aerobic means using oxygen oxygen+glucose-----> carbon dioxide+water+energy so football boxing long distance running tennis bicycle skating swimming basketball skiing dancing
That depends on who the femail skater is... Also the distance and how fast she is/was skating.
So imagine that you start running. Here's what happens: * The muscle cells burn off the ATP they have floating around in about 3 seconds. * The phosphagen system kicks in and supplies energy for 8 to 10 seconds. This would be the major energy system used by the muscles of a 100-meter sprinter or weight lifter, where rapid acceleration, short-duration exercise occurs. * If exercise continues longer, then the glycogen-lactic acid system kicks in. This would be true for short-distance exercises such as a 200- or 400-meter dash or 100-meter swim. * Finally, if exercise continues, then aerobic respiration takes over. This would occur in endurance events such as an 800-meter dash, marathon run, rowing, cross-country skiing and distance skating.
On Hall of Meat it glows red and just skating around you will fall and not be able to move your body
In most cases, rubbing is caused by too much space inside the skate. In other words, your foot is not being held in the skate firmly enough (too wide, too long, too big) which is causing your foot to move either back and forth or side to side inside the skate. Over time, this can lead to blisters, bone spurs, premature breakdown of the boot and improper skating technique, among other issues. A double or triple layer of socks may work but it's not recommended. The best solution would be to get your foot resized and your skates replaced with the proper length and width.

Skating is much like running in that it is an aerobic activity that uses the legs. Skating will strengthen your quads, hamstrings and calves, as well as help you lose weight and keep a healthy body.

Both involve a form of water as a medium for the sport. Both involve agility and endurance. Both necessitate legs to be propelled across or through the "water."
You do regular and extended cardio workouts at mid to high intensity. Running, skating, bicycling, aerobics - that kind of stuff.
Pretty much all that don't involve sliding/gliding, such as skating and skiing. Start with the running sports.
