I don't think it hurts the guy at all. When i lost my viginity he kept telling me it might hurt because it was my first time in all. But he never said anything about it hurting him in anyway. But i am not a guy so i wouldn't know. It only hurt the first two times i did it then i started to get better. But this is more of a question to ask a guy i guess
