Yes. This is a good and very important question! Please take the time to find the appropriate category for your question, don't just stick it in Miscellaneous, or put a Car question in the Animals section, for instance. A question in the wrong category may not be seen by anyone who can answer it! Given enough time, a supervisor may spot that it is in the wrong category and move it to the right one but there can be no guarantee it will be done. If and until a move happens you could have to wait a long time until you receive an answer to your question.
