Eating junk food does not make your breasts grow---but it will add fat. Let me explain this more. The two main things that determine breast development are your parent's genetics and your body's release of hormones. Your parent's genetics means your ancestors of both parents play a part in determining your size; if the women on your dad's side were smaller busted, you could be too, even if your mom is large sized. There is nothing you can do to change genetics or hormones.

The breast has chest muscles under it, with milk glands and milk ducts supported by fat tissue. Most of the breast is simply fat cells. So if you overeat or eat a lot of junk that makes you gain weight, the fat cells will go to your low belly area, your buttocks, your breasts, then your arms and legs. So eating junk food does not help breast development, but junk food can increase fat.

It isn't a good idea to gain weight just to have bigger breasts. By age 15-16, you will have your adult-sized breasts. But yours may be small, medium, or big depending on genetics, hormones, and your overall weight.
