Every time you laugh , you use 60 of your stomach muscles and exercise them.Thats why after a good chuckle you tummy aches a bit ! Laughing itself will not get you a sixpack but it is good to help it

∙ 15y agoYes, I would imagine it would, however you would have to laugh really hard for 20 minutes straight per day for six months to see results hopefully the person remembers to breathe) I would like to see someone to sell a product that causes you to laugh for 20 minutes straight per day for six months. That would take a lot of comedy DVDs! Selling a pill that does that would become illegal, or be taken off the market before it reached customers, that I don't want to see.
(Uncontrolled laughing can be dangerous, you can laugh until you pass out, if you collapse on a hard surface, fatal brain damage could occur. Laugh safely everyone.)
