I'm assuming lows should be cows, which as cattle needs a land habitat.

Yes, the amount of light determines climate, and climatic zones. Climatic zones are like tropical, subtropical, or extratropical. You see, in the tropics, hurricanes can form over water, and tropical waves rain on rainforests or other land in the area. In the extratropical areas, hurricanes cannot form, and lows are polar lows. These lows can snow or rain, near the poles.
Climbing to New Lows was created in 2005.

For March the average lows would be in the 40's. Uhm, I have lived in Texas my whole life. It is hardly ever 40 degrees and especiallly not in March. ^ Lows....as in "at night". It's not uncommon for the night time lows to reach 40 in March. It also depends on where in Texas you live. The Panhandle area sees snow and colder temps while here at the coast (where I reside) we usually see warmer temps year round. However, like I mentioned before, 40 degrees in March at night is not unheard of here either.
