yes. they do. any sort of drug test you'd have to take for court, probation, etc. is very likely to include benzodiazepines on the test. best not to take any kind of benzos for at least a week, if not longer, before whenever you know you'll be tested.
Unless, of course, you have a prescription. just show them that you're legally supposed to take them.
I just recently returned from a deployment from Iraq and am a Sargeant in the Marines. While sitting through a brief given by a SACO representitive, they told me that unless it is specifically requested they will not test for xanax on a urine test.
Yes, the military does perform routine drug screens - both on recruits and those in training.
The army started testing for them 01 may 2012. Marines began shortly after...pretty sure navy, air force, coast guards and reserves started around the same time as well.
Any benzodiazepine.
Depending on what is the nature of the test. If a Doctor prescribes it to you then i wouldn't think you would be punished for it. However if your test is for example the military you may want to be sure the condition your doctor is treating you for does not exclude you from the military on medical grounds.
Test which check for Benzodiazepines (Valium, Xanax, Librium, Serax, Rohypnol)for example - 12 panel urine test
