Hatori is really fond of Tohru, but only as a friend. Hatori has never got over his ex-girlfriend and although Aayame and Shigure wants him to fall in love with someone new, Hatori just isn`t in that place as yet.

Momiji has deep feelings of admiration and fondness for Tohru, but it's more of a nurturing and protective kind of love rather than romantic. Momiji cares for Tohru like a sister and values their friendship and bond.

Certainly Tohru shows a higher level of concern than simply "mothering love" there and Kagura doesn't appear after that either (so she is probably jealous).
