Possibly. Some cheese has aluminum added so that it will slice more easily and melt more readily. The FDA does not require that the aluminum be listed as an ingredient.
you can but I think it would melt ... mozzarella is quite moist and soft already
No, the taste remains the same.
You can, but they do not melt the same, or have the same texture or flavor.
Only if you want it to taste like feta cheese.
I have been cooking pizza in a wood burning brick oven for several years and do not have a problem with the cheese burning and I cook at 800-900 degrees. However I only use fresh mozzarella packed in a brine or water solution. If you have been using low moisture cheese this may be your problem. Fresh mozzarella is more expensive but well worth it. Hope this helps.
quick melt is a kind of cheese that is easy to melt
A cheeseburger is a hamburger, accompanied with cheese. The cheese is usually sliced, then added a short time before the hamburger finishes cooking to allow the cheese to melt. In America the cheese that makes up a cheeseburger is usually American cheese, but there are many other possible variations. Mozzarella, blue cheese and cheddar are also popular choices.
You could use parmesan (although it doesnt melt as well) but I would not recommend using mozzarella as it is very different.
