Yes, the mr2 mk3 wheels fit all years 2000 to 2007. They will not fit the mk2 model which has a 4 stud pattern rather than the mk3 5 stud pattern.

Thermostat is on the back passenger side of the engine. You will have to remove the right engine mount, accessory belt, and alternator in order to access the water neck that houses the thermostat. Get a mirror so that you can see where the water neck is located.
The Toyota MR2 factory recommendations say to change the belt at 90,000 miles. If the belt runs past its use and the belt can snap leading to complete engine failure.
