People tend to skip breakfast or any other meal to get thin, but if you don't eat much, your brain and stomach read's the shortage of food and the next food you eat is directly converted into fats and stored which does make u fat.

Yes, but it will not be only fat. A lot will be muscle which will leave you with a high bodyfat percentage and rapid weight regain (more fat) when you resume eating normally---even if you're super careful with what you eat.
