Ok, we are talking logical terms

Less than is A < B ie A is less than B ie A can be 4 and B is anything less than 4 ie 3 or less

Greater than is the opposite A>B so A can be 4 again and B has to be 5 or more.

Not even can mean two things, you dont really say it like that

Not even, ie even and odd, so you have even numbers, divisible by 2 ie 2 4 6 8 10 etc and odd numbers, which are not divisible by 2 ie 1 3 5 7 9 etc

Not even could be that it is not divisible by two.

OR

if you mean not equal since we were talking about greater and less than, then it means one number is not equal to another

ie A /=B would mean that A is ANY number other than what was assigned to B ie A could be 4 and B is anything BUT 4, ie 5, 20, 102131 would be good.
