You can overfill the oil, but not the oil pressure. It is never good to operate your engine with too much oil. The crankshaft will dip into the oil causing air cavatation.

A passing out episode with no signs could be caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure, a fainting reflex triggered by pain or emotional stress, dehydration, low blood sugar, or medications such as blood pressure medication or narcotics. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause.
The telltale signs the a muffler needs to be replaced include a louder or throatier exhaust, a lack of back pressure from the tailpipe, deterioration of baffles within the muffler, exhaust entering the car and/or decreased gas mileage. If you notice one or more of these signs, you should take your vehicle to a licensed mechanic immediately. If your car sounds like it's a lot louder than usual, or if you hear a "clunking" sound coming from under the car, your muffler may need replaced. Grab the tailpipe (when the car is not hot) and see if it wiggles a lot.
Generally pain will cause blood pressure and the pulse to increase. In my experience respirations will decrease due to patients holding their breath
cause the pulse to slow. Diuretics (water pills) can cause low blood pressure, most often when changing body position too quickly.

A widened pulse pressure
if it is lowering oil and water both and is not leaking it may have a blown head gasket and it is going out the tailpipe
That narrows down which head needs a gasket or which side of intake needs a gasket. Check your oil for signs of water in pan.
There are several signs of a failing oil pump. A few signs are low oil pressure, increased temperature, and noise.
