If you are referring to residency for tax purposes this is a very grey area and no one thing will determine if you are a resident or not. Evidence towards residency:
- How long have you been in the country
- What visa do you have
- What is you intention
- Where are your family and assets located
- Have you joined clubs or evidence of becoming a community member
- Pattern of routine e.g. stayed in one area, one job and have a definite pattern of a person residing in the country not just visiting.
Buying property is not enough to give you residency - you have to look at the whole picture.
I am a US citizen and permanent resident of Ukraine. Usually, the foreign citizen must marry a Ukrainian citizen and reside in the country. After two years of marriage, an application for residency can be made at the district OVIR office. This gives most of the benefits of citizenship, except voting rights. It also obviates the need to repeatedly obtain Ukrainian visas.
In most cases, a country's immigration laws only care about your country of citizenship. Having a green card gives you legal permanent residency in the United States, but does not grant you any special status to enter other countries. You will have to determine what Panama's laws are regarding your country of citizenship, which is the country that issued the passport that you will use to travel.
The country that gives International aid is UK.
Yes. A gift becomes your personal property.
Children would become valuable property. Harvesting poor infants will reduce the number of Papists in the country.
You can buy, that's not a problem. In order to stay here, you either need a visa or green card. A visa would allow you to visit for a limited amount of time. A green card gives you legal residency. BUT, just owning property in the US WILL NOT allow a person to have legal residence. Owning propery is not a basis for wither a visa or green card.

Full title property is the ownership of a land owner that covers everything in it. This gives total ownership and authority to the owner of the property.
I assume you mean an identity property. The identity property of addition states a number plus 0 gives you that original number. Eg. 1+0=1 The identity property of multiplication states a number times 1 gives you that original number. Eg. 1*1=1
